The organizers report that the agenda will include panel discussions on the exploration and production opportunities in Libya, both onshore and offshore.

The conference will, with the prospect of political stability after elections due in December, explore the problems and prospects in driving the development of the industry in Libya.

There will also be presentations and discussions with NOC representatives on the upstream and downstream opportunities, and an opportunity to engage with the speakers and participants throughout the event.
