Saddek El-Kaber, Governor of the Tripoli Central Bank of Libya (CBL), signed a memorandum of understanding with Murat Uysal, Governor of the Central Bank of Turkey, on Monday (31 August) in the presence of a number of officials from both parties, the Tripoli CBL reported.
The MoU included many aspects of cooperation in the field of work of the two central banks, in order to achieve institutional development and raise human capacities, as well as cooperation in the field of training and development of banking systems and electronic payment systems, the Tripoli CBL reported.
