Tripoli, 25 November 2016:
Scouts in Tripoli gathered yesterday outside the movement’s headquarters in the centre of the city, vowing to protect it from what they claimed were illegal attempts to seize and demolish the building.
According to a scout member, a developer had obtained a court award of the premises on the basis of what they said were forged documents.
The scouts say they will block all attempts to take the property. They called on the government to investigate what was happening.
Forged documents are said to have been used to seize a number of buildings since the revolution.
