By Libya Herald reporter:

Tunis, 24 March 2015:

The government of Abdullah Thinni has approved its 2015 budget proposal and has referred it . . .[restrict]to the House of Representatives (HoR).

In a very brief statement, the government reported that its cabinet meeting of 21 March was set aside exclusively for a detailed presentation and discussion of the 2015 budget.

However, despite this reference to detail, none were revealed in the official statement beyond that the proposed budget took into account the shrinking of Libya’s oil revenues due to the collapse in international crude oil prices and the collapse in Libya’s oil production. [/restrict]
