Ittihad Libya first round match ends in draw at 2015 CAF Cup

Tripoli, 16 March 2015:

Tripoli’s Ittihad football team began their 2015 CAF football campaign with a 1-1 draw against . . .[restrict]the Ivory Coast’s ASEC Mimosas yesterday.

Playing in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, the Mimosas scored first, at the 42nd minute.  However, Ittihad evened the score when Ghanaian substitute player Yahya Mohamed scored the equaliser at the 72nd minute of the match.

The two teams are set to meet again in a second round match on 4 April in Libya. [/restrict]
