Harouge Oil Operations – Tender for metal drum crushers and plastic drum shredders

An Open Invitation to Tender No. (10/2014) PREQUALIFICATION for the purchase and supply (5) metal drum crushers and (5) plastic drum shredders.

HAROUGE . . .[restrict]Oil Operations (HOO) is issuing an invitation to participate in Tender No. 10/2014 for companies and contractors who have legal and valid licenses for the required project, and all those entities interested in participating in the above mentioned prequalification are requested to provide all the required information and documents as listed below:

  1. Official letter addressed to HOO Company’s Chairman of Tender Committee confirming the desire to participate in this Tender.
  2. Representative of the interested company shall be authorised to collect the tender package and shall present an official document stamped with a company seal.
  3. Provide a copy of the following legal documents:
  • Valid license compatible with the required work
  • Commercial Registration
  • Certificate of Registration in Chamber of Commerce
  • Payment of tax certificate
  • Article of association

The above information and supporting documents must be delivered between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM starting from Monday 29/12/2014 to Wednesday 31/12/2014, at the Tender Committee office, 6th Floor at the HOO headquarters, Al-Mgharba Street – Tripoli/Libya.

Note:

Any company or contractor interested in participating in this tender is responsible for all costs involved.
