Results announced for delayed Kufra HoR election.

Tripoli, 23 September 2014:

Results have been published for House of Representative (HoR) elections for three Kufra sub-constituencies, where voting . . .[restrict]in June’s general election was abandoned because of protests and insecurity.

The High National Elections Committee has announced the following returns at three polling stations (Al-Manar A, Al-Manar B, Hateen) where voting took place on Sunday.

Abdulsalam Shahy Al-Lahy Agunia                           3709 votes

Abdulkareem Suliman Taka Al-Tabawy                       66 votes

Mohamed Razy Mohamed Mardy                                  12 votes

Two other candidates received one vote each.  The remaining 16  received no votes at all.
