Civil Initiatives Libya and the German civil society organisation ’14 Km’ are planning to take . . .[restrict]around ten Libyan youth activists to Berlin in September for a study tour.
The aim is to provide opportunities for Libyan youth and youth organisations to network with German counterparts and help them develop the ways in which they engage with civil and political organisations and society as a whole in Libya.
Libyan applicants have to be civil activists aged between 18-30, and preferably involved in a civil society organisations in the country.
14 Km, based in Berlin but involving people from both sides of the Mediterranean, works to develop practical ideas and build partnerships between Europe and the Middle East-North Africa (MENA) region. The focus this year is to promote intercultural exchanges between young people in Germny and those in the MENA area.
