Trans-Sahara for IT and Communications launches 1ST NET ISP operations in Libya

Tripoli, 31 March 2014:

Trans-Sahara for IT and Communications, an IT Systems Integrator in Libya has launched this month . . .[restrict]its ISP operations  to the business community in Libya under the brand name 1ST NET.

The General Manager of the Company, Samir Abu Zahra, stated that the company was pleased to announce the launch of the operation serving the business community in Libya with High quality dedicated leased lines and Internet services.

The Brand name reflects the dedication and commitment of the company to serve business customers with Leased line , high quality services and offering SLA to the customers to assure them of the after sales support they may need, he added.

Yazan Barghouthi, the Commercial Manager of 1ST NET stressed that the Libyan market needs high quality services and commitment to support , which the company provides with open and transparent channels with its own customers through customer Support software systems and staff who will attend to the clients’ needs.

1ST NET offers VPN Data links and Internet access with speed that can run initially at 50Mbps within 2 days of order. Barghouthi, emphasized  that speedy service delivery is a prime value for 1ST NET.

Trans-Sahara for IT and communications hopes to expand services and spread services to all major cities in  Libya within 2014. Other plans include the provision of International leased lines and hosting services.
