Tripoli, 9 May 2013:

The Libyan Council for Oil and Gas (LCOG), the body that represents Libyan oil and gas private sector companies, participated with a delegation from the Libyan Business Council at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC 2013) Houston, Texas, USA from 6-9 May.

At the OTC the LCOG formed with its American counterparts the Libyan American Business Council, signed by LCOG president and member of the Libyan Businessmen Council, Khalid Ben Othman.

The event was attended by the leading international oil corporations, Libyan businessmen, the Arab American Trade Association as well as the Libyan Ministry of Oil and the NOC. [/restrict]
