Tripoli, 10 March 2013:

Congress’ Foreign Affairs met today, Sunday, with the Chinese official delegation visiting Libya. At their meeting the two . . .[restrict]sides expressed keenness to strengthen joint relations and the development of economic cooperation, trade and investment and in particular, the return of Chinese companies to Libya soon to resume its work and complete the stalled projects.

According to a statement on Congress’ website, both sides expressed satisfaction with the security situation in the country.

It was reported last week that agreement has been reached in principle to study Chinese losses as a result of the revolution. [/restrict]
