Tripoli, 14 February 2013:
UNSMIL chief, Tarek Mitri today congratulated Libya, its government and Congress on the second anniversary of the outbreak of the revolution.
The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General went on to repeat the UN’s commitment to support Libya’s democratic transition and help meet “the aspirations of all Libyans for sustainable peace, security, stability and prosperity.”
