Tripoli students given study grant ATM cards

Tripoli, 5 November:

The Ministry of Higher Education has decided to issue students at the University of Tripoli with cash cards to . . .[restrict]access their grants.

The cards, which include a four-month back-payments on grants, will be distributed next week by faculty registrars and accountants.

The new cash cards will be activated 10 days after issue. Students will then be able to withdraw money from a number of ATM machines, both on and off campus. [/restrict]
