Tripoli, 11 July:

The High National Election Commission has announced interim results for some of the 120 seats in the National Congress . . .[restrict]reserved for individual candidates.

At the moment, we are listing only the candidates who appear to have won.

Some of these results may change since not all the votes have been counted.
